Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Bea & Till Wardrobe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management.
We are unable to guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
